    I'm not one for about me stories but here goes;

    - Suffered for the past year. Pain has moved from shoulder to lower back to lower back and leg.

    - Electric/ Sharp and debilitating pain

    - Have made some good progress but still have flair ups

    - Structured Education program was great

    Hoping for long term relief.
