  • My Story

    I was an ultra marathon runner and my health was always excellent.
    Then in my early 40s I became horribly chronically ill.
    That lasted 15 years, a real bummer.
    But I figured it all out and now I'm all better, woohoo!
    I love to exercise but couldn't for 15 years.
    But now I'm back to exercising at 61 y/o and I'm getting injured = pain.
    Or is it really TMS? ..... the quest continues.
