  • My Story

In 2014 I burnt out and my body reacted by creating incredible tension & pain in my right hand. Many hospital visits landed me with a diagnosis of Focal Dystonia. After 10 months the symptoms moved into my eyes causing blinking and closing my eyes involuntarily to different triggers, my head also started to pull down during this time.
Recognising that my brain had created this to slow me down and or stop me, which it did. I stated to look at me as a whole person, put the cards on the table and tried to work out what’s gone wrong, what am I missing?
I then went through a change process lasting 2yrs until I completely recovered.
I now work across the world enabling others to recover too.
