  • My Story

I found this website while searching the internet for how to relieve my sciatica and periformis pain that abruptly developed after leaving a job that was stressful and one than I loved. I immediately saw myself in the TMS personality and started the SEP program. Today on day 7 I'm joining the forum and then taking a break as Forest recommends. I'd love to connect with others and share some of my experiences along my way.
I'm really interested in the mind, body connection and learning more about self compassion. These are concepts that I intellectually know and now I want to weave them into my total being.
I've begun to see my sciatic pain as a "pesky friend" letting me know that something is going on, there are feelings I will process and let go of to open myself up to what is next. I'm looking forward to that!
