im 38 yrs male ,i was suffering from arthritis since 2017 after episode of fever and it was diagnosed as post viral arthralgia like illness which was told to be recoverd its own but it is continued till date but the thing is that it never affected intraarticular portion of joint ,pains was always extraarticular portion of joint that is always on insertion and origin part of tendons and muscles of joints and it was typical TENDINITIS and ENTHESITIS .so im very sure that it is nothing else than TMS since last year im suffering from severe heartburn and eructations and bloating of abdomen which was diagnosed as suspected chrons disease as there were great inflamation inside the stomach wall, little tiny haemorrhages found there, but rest of biochemestry and biopsy was not in favour of it,so it is still underdiagnosed but feels 100% relieved with antacids twice a week .i have lost my 10 kgs weight and still going on.I am type A like personality and thats why i think it could be TMS because before acquiring both illness i was under severe mental stress and i am very sure that there are great suppression of emotions now i am worried that these jts pain can be healed by tms therapy but what about so called chrons disease or i will detoriate furher if left untreated my digestive issues. And whether stomach inflamation should be taken as structural changes or what? and what about this autoimmunity according to gastroenterologists and rhuematologists.please guide as im very desperate to understand about this so i can be on the journey of healing.
