I first started my journey with TMS when I was feeling pelvic and back pain in 2015. I read every book that John Sarno wrote. I was pain-free for several years. About when year ago I begin to experience back pain and sciatica. At first I thought the pain was more physical . It scared me because the pain would not go away. Soon several areas of my body began to experience pain. At this point I thought that this may be more emotional and physical. I need to return back to TMS
