Just heard about TMS today and am very interested if this can help with neurological issues... affecting physical balance, handwriting and speech? progressive symptoms over 3 years. I have an appointment with a NET practitioner in 3 weeks and this sounds very similar so I thought I would try this is the meantime.

Welcome to the forum. I have posted a bit here, but have been in therapy with a net based specialist group in mind/body/pain for a little over a year. I have had really great results. Still on the journey... my brain was stuck in the neural paths a long time...
I have had good results with "brain fog" & dizziness w my anxiety disorder. I have both anxiety/depression and somatize many stressors... You don't say in your post, but I assume you have had a neurology workup for all the neuromuscular disorders... would be super important.
Anyway, I feel like a "beginner" in all the forum stuff; but I wanted to say hey, welcome, and let you know it is very helpful.
    :)
