Feedback from people who've done the program

    Hi everyone,

The structured program is designed to be a living, growing document that aggregates all of the best ideas from the community about how to heal from PPD/TMS. As such, it is very important that we collect data from people afterward about what they thought about it, both the strengths and the weaknesses?

Incidentally, the structured program is designed such that anyone who has ideas for improving it can make their own version and post it on the wiki, as long as they link back to the original pages that they borrow from. It is designed to be completely open source, in that people can remix the program and make their own version, adding their own wisdom in the process. One thing we know as peers is that no one person has a monopoly on the truth, and we can all learn from each others' wisdom. Then, over time, the best versions will become most popular, and we, as a community, will learn which approaches work the best.

If you have done the structured program, even if you didn't get very far, what did you think of it? What were it's strengths and weaknesses? What do you think should be added to it?
