WOW everyone - I am blown away by Nicole Sach's latest podcast episode!

This is a recording of a special live event in NYC last week for the February 4th launch of Nicole's new book, Mind Your Body (which I had pre-ordered, and have started and I'm already super-excited by it). She and Christina Sarno, LMHC shared the stage and talked about many important subjects that just had me constantly saying out loud "YES! - PEOPLE NEED TO HEAR THIS!!!" Too many for me to write down here - you just need to listen to these two talking about all things mindbody - with lots of stories from Christina about her father, too! It's a great episode (which will make you want to buy the book and that's a good thing):

At some point Nicole mentions her 4-minute (high pressure!) appearance on the Today show the day before:

The result of that appearance is apparently that her book shot way up in Amazon's rankings -

As I write this her book is labeled "#1 Best Seller in Pain Management"!!! How awesome is that???

I always like to see if recommended books are at my library, and Mind Your Body is already available in e- and audio- formats - with hold times in excess of ten weeks! Good thing I've already got mine :D

Nicole's goal when she left her private practice behind was to spread this message farther and wider - that goal just took a giant leap forward. Congratulations, Nicole! danceadanceadancea
