Need advice on what to do

Today I was supposed to get my ear flushed with warm water aka syringing after only 3 days of using baby oil. The doctor said I have an ear wax build up and initially I wasnt scared to do it however after resting online I am hesitant to do it now. I decided to wait until this upcoming weekend and continue using the drops and see if it improves on it's own.

People have reported it caused or made their tinnitus worse after doing that method. Same with mircosuction and the only safe way is seeing and ent yo get it manually taken out with a metal tool. Problem is it takes a minimum of 6 months or longer to see a specialists here
