Sharing your success story is easy and a great way to give hope to people who are still recovering. Dr. Sarno has made it clear that "knowledge is the penicillin" of TMS, so by sharing your story you are actually helping people heal.

To share your story, simply follow these three steps:
    1. register for an account on this forum,
    2. click the link to post a new thread in the Success Stories subforum, and
    3. write your story, clicking "Create Thread" at the bottom of the page when you are done.
    It's easy!

The following video shows you how, step by step: (feel free to contact us for assistance.)

    Helpful tips:
    • If you get stuck at any point, you can use the Contact Us at the bottom of most pages to get help. We're always glad to help because we are grateful for all submissions.
    • You can click here to register for an account (step 1), but before you do, you may want to bookmark this page so you can get back to it. You can also click here to start your new thread in the Success Stories Subforum (step 2). We can't give you a simple link to write the story. You have to do that. ;)
    • When writing your story, people often find it helpful when you mention some of the trials you went through before you discovered TMS and also the techniques that you found most helpful in your recovery. People want to know, "what helped the most?"
Thanks again for posting. The hope that you provide to people who are still in pain is truly invaluable.
