Tenesmus Ibs TMS?

Hey there everyone. I just wanted to share that all my old sympoms are gone. But I ended with one wear symptom it's call tenesmys and a little of pain in my abdominal region that comes time to time. This tenesmus comes and goes. At first I was told that my was due to a gut infection in that moment sensation already went await but it came back after the threatment I repest the test and came back positive again I went to a gut specialist and time that that parasite didn't cause that symptom. Also send me medication for it and also she did me an exploration.nnothing was found besides that for some reason I really ha right butt mussles.the tenesmus was better again before the threatment a day after I started it it went crazy. Also it switch between frequen urination. If I had fu then I don't have tenesmu but as soon as the other symptom goes await It came back again. Could this combination be a mindbody? Seems like it and since all my symptoms dispeear before this seems to be a new symptom imperative for me .still there it's not much información about this symptom in the ibs related symptoms here.
