    Hello everyone,

I wanted to share my story here to see if anyone has opinions on my symptoms. My issue started as vulva burning with some urgency and frequency in February 2017, when I was 6 weeks pregnant. Various tests were done and infections were ruled out. It was ignored at the time as a pregnancy side-effect. Unfrotunately, I miscarried around 8-9 weeks, but the burning stayed. After visiting various GYNS, i went to a "top" pelvic pain dr. , who diagnosed me with Pelvic floor dysfunction. I did pelvic floor PT for 6 months, but it made me much worse and the burning spread to my buttocks. In desperation, I started nerve pain med called cymbalta and the pain reduced by 40% in 2 months. However, I got pregnant again and stopped cymbalta. During pregnancy, the burning spread to my legs and feet, so basically i was burning everywhere waist down. My burning used to travel to all these places and on many days the burning is focused on one area. Due to all these pelvic issues, I had a elective c-section. Well, the surgery resulted in the spread of burning to my c-section scar. I have seen MANY dr.'s on the way and have gotten various diagnosis but the last 3 dr.'s i saw believe my issue is central senstization, i.e my central nervious is malfunctioning.
I saw Dr. Schubiner a week ago, and he diagnosed me with TMS. I am having a hard time to believe in the idea of TMS. He has provided me with some tools to work with and I will also be working with a therapist of the Psychology center of LA.

Did anyone here dealt with similar issues were a pelvic issue or vulvadynia turned into burning spread to so many areas of the body? Please help :)
