If you've found yourself here it's very likely because you're in pain and searching for answers. You’ve visited all sorts of doctors and specialists, undergone MRI’s, lab work, surgeries, and all sorts of other procedures to try to cure your pain, to no avail. Perhaps you’re experiencing IBS symptoms, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, back pain, headaches, or pelvic pain symptoms. On top of being in pain, you feel isolated, overwhelmed, frustrated, unseen, and desperate for answers.

I am here to help. My work as a therapist and coach weaves together evidence-based practices, the most current research in neuroscience, psychological theories, and all of my years of experience specializing in helping people exactly like you.

Your pain is quite real, yet emerging research has revealed that ALL pain actually is in our heads because it is all being processed by brain circuits that are constantly filtering information coming from our sensory nerves.

Because there is no medical “cure” for chronic pain, it naturally leads to the feelings you are experiencing now: fear, exhaustion, stress, irritability, and despair that you’ll never find a way out. Revolutionary new research indicates that it is exactly these feelings that can exacerbate and sometimes even cause the underlying pain.

The work that we will do together will change that. I use an holistic, integrative approach that will give you the tools to completely change your relationship to the pain, ending the cycle of fear and preoccupation that exacerbates your pain and in some cases may even be causing it.
