Best book for non-pain symptoms

    Hi there,

I have been working on my non-pain symptoms (dizziness, ear symptoms, anxiety/fear) for the last couple of months and have been making some progress. I am fully convinced it is TMS. I've had a full workup, ans the symptoms came on after extreme anxiety/fear. I have also noticed new little symptoms pop up (teeth sensitivity, skin sensitivity, head pain, foot pain, knee pain, wrist pain, etc) randomly for no reason.

I seem to have an easier time not reacting to the pain symptoms than to the dizziness as I haven't seen it mentioned much. I know there are a lot of books I haven't read and I'm wondering which would be the best for someone with non-pain symptoms. I just got rear ended and need some extra support.

    Thank you!
