Hello - it's been a while!

    hiya

    It's been about 2 1/2 years since I last dropped in - wow time really flies!

    It's now 3 1/2 years since I read the Mind Body Prescription - and I'm still RSI free. :)

    I've been meaning to for quite a while - but I've only just sorted out a decent internet connection - most of the last couple of years have been super slooooooooooooow :)

    Forest can update on that question much better than I. I've been away for a few months while training for some Tri's, but just settling down now. No training until the new year so I'm popping back in here myself. :)
