How to live a life of no fear and feel emotions?

    I rarely feel with energy especially mentally. I'm constantly thinking and don't know how to stop my brain from thoughts. I feel lethargic, stressful and want to recover so bad. I'm trying a lot of things to recover mentally especially, but even talking sometimes is a struggle. I can sometimes just stay in the couch for a long time due to the fatigue im going through. I have a lot of fears, I sometimes fear of talking or what can make my health worst, etc. and hardly ever sense emotions.

    what do you guys advice?

    The emotion you want to get at is rage. Try to think of things that make you angry, no matter how childish, selfish or embarrassing. That's where you start.
