wondering if there's someone who focuses mostly on mind-body upper extremity, hand/arm/neck/shoulder areas of pain - carpal and cubital tunnel, Repetitive overuse/computer use with neurological symptoms

Hi tmrsi... and welcome!

I don't know of any mindbody practitioners who specialize in hand/arm/RSI pain. Maybe there are, but I kind of doubt it.

The reason being is these are very common and classic TMS issues. The exact same principals that apply to any TMS problem would apply to these. So any experienced practitioner could address them.

I overcame tennis elbow, which was an RSI brought on primarily by typing. I've also fully recovered from back pain/sciatica and chronic fatigue syndrome.... all following the same principals. The key to recovery was fully accepting and believing these problems were TMS. That is much easier said than done. Overcoming each was a process and a journey in their own right.

There are many resources to get started. One of my personal favorites is Alan Gordon's (free) Pain Recovery Program. http://www.tmswiki.org/forum/painrecovery/ (Pain Recovery Program)

Good luck!!
