What part of this program do you find the most helpful?

As I've said before, the reading, for the new perspectives offered.

I'm pleased to be over halfway now. It is strange, but predictable, that in the last two days, my gastric symptoms and feelings of fear have worsened but no joint pain.

Hi, HP JM. That's how the subconscious works, sorry to say. At least the joint pain is not there.
Feelings of fear persist if we don't have a good handle on it. It may not be easy, but try not to worry about the future.
Live in the present as much as you can. Even tell yourself, I'm walking to the kitchen now. I'm driving the car now.
I'm at work now. I am at the computer now. Don't project yourself into the next hour or day or year.

Why do you think it is predictable that your gastric symptoms and feelings of fear have worsened?

    Symptoms on the run!

I found the reading to be the most enjoyable, but for me the writing exercises were the most helpful. And the hardest to get back to when I need a refresher :^)

    Keep up the good work!
