    I liked your first doc's dx that he didn't see anything serious in the imaging. The other doc might be great because he can always find something wrong in the MRI's even when it's TMS. Dr. Sarno says no one has a perfect anatomy and that much of what is found on imaging is "gray hair of the spine"--normal anomalies that are benign and should not cause pain but are often mistaken for the source of the TMS symptom.
