Does anyone have any recommendations on Audible.con that are not Dr. Sarno? I already have all his books on audible. One that looked interesting is "They can't find anything wrong".
Anyways if anyone has a book from this app that you liked please let me know.
    Thanks.

What kinds of TMS-related things are you interested in reading about, DC? I have book recommendations on my profile, but I can't guarantee they're available with your Audible subscription. I'm a Kindle person myself.

I never read Dr. Clarke's book, but if you're still kind of new to mind-body concepts, it's probably a good add-on to Dr. Sarno's theories.

I did notice the other day when recommending it that one of my favorite audio programs is on Audible: Meditations To Change Your Brain: https://www.amazon.com/Meditations-Change-Your-Brain-Transform/dp/159179711X

If you suffer from anxiety, you can't go wrong with Hope and Help For Your Nerves by Dr. Claire Weekes.

My focus these days (five years into this work) is self-healing from all kinds of conditions. I'm particularly interested in the concept of harnessing the placebo effect in order to use it consciously. My personal favorites along this topic would be The Anatomy of Hope by Dr. Jerome Groopman, MD, and When The Body Says No by Dr. Gabor Mate. Dr. Mate goes in a pretty radical direction, but is very popular amongst our members here.

    Enjoy!
