    All,

    I was looking up "Self Therapy" resources and found this 3 part series on YouTube. It resonated well with me and thought that I would post it here for others. It's not PPD/TMS specific, but a few related things mentioned are journaling, dream analysis, self-reflection, unconscious vs conscious mind, emotional trauma, and strategies for healthy & happy living. Hope it is useful/helpful for others.
