- Healing Back Pain, by John Sarno, MD, is available on CD. Click here to buy it from Amazon. It appears that it may be narrated by Dr. Sarno, himself and is abridged to 3 hours and 23 minutes long.
- The Divided Mind, by John Sarno, MD, has also been released on CD. The collection is 5 CDs long, but is abridged, containing a complete reading of the four chapters written by Dr. Sarno but none of the chapters contributed by other authors. As of 3/15/2012, it is not available on Amazon or Barnes and Noble for a reasonable price. Click here to check if it is now available on Amazon. Click here to check if it is now available on BN.com. However, as of 3/15/2012, it was available for download from Barnes and Noble, Learn Out Loud, and The Audio Book Store.
- David Schechter, MD's MindBody Audio Program is a set of three CDs. According to Amazon, "CD One is a recording of a one hour seminar entitled 'The Mind: The Missing Link in the Back and Neck Pain Puzzle.' ... CD Two is entitled 'TMS: Diagnosis and Treatment'. This CD will teach you about how a diagnosis of TMS is made and what a treatment program consists of. CD Three is entitled 'The Psychology of Tension Myositis Syndrome'. It's a dialogue between Dr. Schechter and Donald Dubin, MFCC, a psycho-therapist who has treated hundreds of individuals with a diagnosis of TMS since 1996."
- Georgie Oldfield, MCSP has a two disk SIRPA Recovery CD. She also has CDs entitled Choose your thoughts – Reduce your Stress and Guided Visualisations for a Healthy Life. Mrs. Oldfield has trained with Dr. Sarno, and Dr. Sarno wrote the following about her first DVD (no longer available): "Congratulations on the production of the DVD, TMS Recovery. Audible.com, a subsidiary of Amazon.com, offers Dr. Sarno's three most well known books. Audible audiobooks are downloadable and playable on most iPhones, iPods, Android phones, and many other smart phones and MP3 players.

Kindle Text to Speech
Most recently published books are also available as Amazon Kindle ebooks. If you have an Amazon Kindle device, it can probably read these books to you in a computerized voice. However, if you use Kindle on a PC, iphone, ipad or Android device, it probably doesn't include this capability, so check your individual device. The books are read in a computerized voice and it can be inconvenient to carry around a full Kindle device, but for some, using Text-to-Speech on a Kindle this may be an option.
You can find out whether an individual Kindle book can be used with Text-to-Speech by looking at the "Product Details" section of the full Amazon web page for the Kindle book. If it says, "Text-to-Speech: Enabled" then a device such as a "Kindle Fire HDX, Kindle Fire HD, Kindle Touch, Kindle Keyboard, Kindle (2nd generation) or Kindle DX should be able to read it in a computerized voice.
