I won't go into a whole lot of detail.

-March 2012, epic panic attack that created the anxiety monster I live with today.
-July 2012, finally overcame the first/worst hurdle of anxiety. I battled with numerous symptoms thereafter, ranging from tinnitus, lethargy, dizziness, mental fog, to depersonalization(the absolute worst experience ever).
-September 2014, my 1st child was born while overseas in the Netherlands.
-December 2014, began losing the ability to walk within the first few days after my wife and son left to visit the U.S. Biking was near impossible. Limped for 3 months in excruciating pain and could barely focus on work.
-March 2015, had to relearn how to run with the help of an awesome Dutch physical therapist.
-March 2015, are you kidding me? 2 weeks after resolving the walking issue, I would spend ~19 months with cervical radiculopathy. Started with godlike burning from my dominant shoulder down to my hand, effectively crippling me for 3 weeks. I had to relearn how to perform fine motor functions.
-Sep-Oct 2016, finally gave up fighting. After getting over the initial few weeks of pain, I spent the rest of the time struggling with pain while typing and mousing. Symptoms disappeared within a few weeks of giving up. I can type for hours on end in the worst positions with no problems as of present.
