  • My Story

After 2 years of chronic pain and trying EVERYTHING and 20k later, I read Dr Sarno's books and had a 50% decrease in pain almost immediately. I have been in treatment for a little over a year now for my TMS and would say my pain is 80% resolved. Anxiety is also much better. I abandoned all physical treatments, began moving, working, playing and living again. I am doing really well but feel a bit stuck again, even a bit of backtracking. Am hoping to get back to the basics and work through this next part of the recovery process.
