My Story
Hello and thank you TMSers for sharing your stories. I have recently joined up for the second time after several years absence. In the past I had another user name and cannot remember what it was so I had to start again! In those days I had some success with the TMS model for RSI in both arms. I have come back to it as now I am getting really bad headaches - mostly wake with them in the early hours, although just lately start to feel 'headachey' as soon as i lie down. I am aware that I am rapidly developing fear thoughts before I go to bed about whether or not I am going to get a headache...so of course I do. And when I wake at 3 or 4 am with a bad headache I am getting into an increasing amount of fear/panic, feeling trapped in the pain, terrified it will never get better. I have spent a fortune on osteopathic treatments which used to help a lot but don't anymore So after purchasing Alan Gordon's book The Way Out recently, I decided to revisit this wonderful support site....and begin the TMS journey once again! - Loading...
