My Story
Horrible neck pain started almost three years ago (and strangely a lot of ear pain) . MRIs pretty much normal. Chiropractor diagnosed reverse curve in neck (NUCCA). Adjustments to atlas gave relief but not holding for long. Have done PT, acupuncture, steroid injections, craniosacral massages, pain meds, etc. but nothing gave lasting relief. After paying for treatment for over a year enough was enough and then I found Sarno's Healing Back Pain. From there lots of Journal Speak, Curable app, discovering other doctor's books and works - Schubiner, Gordon. etc. I've had periods of times of very little to almost no pain but it seems to return with even the slightest stressful situation. I do feel like my nervous system is constantly in overdrive and have been doing a lot of Vagus Nerve exercises lately which I think are helping some. I do have anxiety butterfly feelings in my stomach a lot of the time. - Loading...
