  • My Story

    I have suffered many years from acid reflux, globus, muscle weakness and various other things and spent a lot of time at the doctors and having tests and then tried prescription drugs which didn't work. I then spent a lot of money on alternative therapies which didn't work and spent all my time obsessing and searching the internet for answers. I found Dr Sano and have been working with it for 3 months now and feel I am improving such a lot. I am writing down my story from when I first started noticing symptoms and continuing through to present day recording my journey with MindBody Syndrome.
