  • My Story

    I developed migraines randomly at age 49 and spent 4 years being poked and prodded without any results. After getting introduced to John Sarno and TMS, life has changed. Now most recently I keep having recurring upper back/neck numbness and pain. Sometimes excruciating. I’m reading the books and doing all of the things but nothing is helping right now. My mind wants to take me to fear, but I know I haven’t done anything that would cause this pain.
