    Grew up in a home with constant conflict between parents, emotional abuse, and a mom with a personality type 2 disorder. This started taking its toll by the time I hit 18 via anxiety and a plethora of bodily symptoms, including dizziness, back pain, hip pain, etc.

    Eventual back and hip surgeries didn't help but coming across Dr. Sarno's work did.
