    I have always been very body aware and am a former professional dancer. The prospect of diminishing and even eliminating my chronic back pain has me very excited. I've worked with ortho docs and physical therapists, arthritis specialists, have done injections and drugs -- all to little avail.
    My symptoms and my personality fit the MBS/TMS profile to a T. I have repressed emotions all of my life. This process so far (I'm on day 8) has been enlightening, but not overwhelming!
