    Hi :joyful:!

A little over a year ago, I started having back pain and figured I had tweaked my back at the gym on a new weight machine. The pain -- which is constant, increased and now it is pretty much debilitating.
But there are some things associated with my pain that I haven't seen in the forum. About 2 months ago I lost all my appetite and have lost 20 pounds sine then, which is a lot for me. I now weigh 118.
My pain begins focused in my mid back as a painful tightening and travels into my wing area and lower back as well as my abdomen and rib cage. I have a hard time wearing bras because they always feel too tight. MRI's show there is nothing wrong with my back structurally.
I was convinced I had TMS after reading Dr. Sarno's book a month ago but I continued to see the doctors and get even more tests done.
I have been following Dr. Sarno's advice and doing the worksheet study program. I have been able to reduce the pain via meditation and exercise, but since I have lost so much weight - I am going to see one more doctor tomorrow, an internal specialist.
