Realized today I need to stop running from grief. Hiding from it doesn’t heal it.

I do things slowly. So what? Most of the time I’m happy.

Emptied the dishwasher PLUS hand washed the pots and pans. This is huge progress for me. I’m doing more chores. Yay!

During the pandemic I frantically searched online for the latest on staying safe. Now I frantically study TMS recovery. I’m too frantic.

Got some work for the first time in months. Did it with my semi-functioning hands. Client loved it. Wow, I feel better!

Still in a physical flare up. But my soul and spirit are growing by leaps and bounds.

Facing off with abusers in my life, past and present, with newfound strength, is kicking up stress and symptoms. But for a good cause!

When I post on this forum it is nailing down my truths. It is opening the doors in my mind. I’m changing. Thank you for listening!

Today is the first day since I started in March that I can actually feel my body letting go of TMS. It’s very subtle. But it’s there!!!
