HealingMe

Beloved Grand Eagle, Female

I often say that sadness is like a thunderstorm, it is powerful and you will get wet. -Dr. Schubiner on experiencing emotions Apr 16, 2025

  • My Story

My TMS journey began at the beginning of 2024. When I discovered Dr. Sarno and the Mind Body Syndrome, I was depressed and my body felt like it was over sensitized and in overdrive. His books gave me hope. Then I found this forum. I decided to throw myself into doing the work and completely trusting the process. What did I have to lose?

My threads and posts are scattered around this site.

Things that have helped me recover from various symptoms:

    Books:
    The MindBody Prescription
    The Divided Mind
    The Way Out
Self-Help for Fear and Anger (Abridged): The Recovery Method

    Videos:
    Dan Buglio
Brad Yates - Tap with Brad

    Misc.:
    Structured Educational Program
    Journaling
    EFT
    Meditation
