It has been a while since I've posted here.....and I also just got over covid. This post will be long.

Basically I started here with pretty bad RSI in my hands that made doing my hobbies of videogames and computers hard. I can say currently I have managed to get the symptoms mostly under control.

I realized last year I hit a massive low in my life. Depression hit me and I felt I lost control of my life. I started seeing a therapist, reducing my alcohol intake and got onto some antidepressants. Also started to exercise, walking almost a mile everyday or more. I am also in the process of finding new work due to my current job being a big stressor for me.

Good news the RSI seems to have reduced pretty significantly. I do still occasionally have my hand doc look into it (he's actually pretty into wholistic treatment). But I am able to play videogames (even competitively) again without too much issue as long as I take breaks from it every few days or so.

Now.....I have suffered from leg pain for years that seems to have started from an issue that runs in my family. My hips and legs are off due to knock knees and a doctor who didn't think I needed surgery when my sister who had it like I did got surgery to fix hers. It made exercises difficult but over the years I managed to lose weight a few times and currently trying to lower my weight again. However my legs always feel numb and heavy and it's hard to stand for long hours at my job. I don't know if it's circulation related I have elevated my legs and I do take vitamin d supplements already. But this pain is making me consider having an appointment with a new doctor and see what's up.

If anyone knows about the heavy numb knee feeling let me know if it's possibly TMS related. I definitely think getting into some therapy and onto some antidepressants helped me a lot. I also have reread sarnos books. Hope to be somewhat active here again
