After 4 years of trying every medical treatment and doctor under the sun, I am finally starting to appreciate TMS and how likely it is the root of everything. Read 'Healing Back Pain' and it is me to a T. Felt like someone had been watching me.

My only doubt 2 worries are:
    1. The tough lesions in my muscle area which seem to be the epicentre of the pain. I keep trying to remind myself its muscle tightness due to the lack of oxygen supply to the area caused by my brain.
    2. I would love to physically understand how TMS causes a Hiatus Hernia and whether the Hernia is reversible through this method just like it is for back pain.

The oxygen theory is old news.. new news is that when we are anxious and in fight/flight/freeze we stiffen and brace our bodies.. without knowing it. This is a natural normal response of the primitive parts of our brains. TMS work retrains the brain, so you are in the right place!
Sometimes our anxieties and stresses can induce real, physical symptoms over time. One may need structural treatment for the body, but employing TMS techniques lessons the stress and fear around any necessary treatments, and can often preclude your stress creating any further developments of this sort.
An example is @JanAtheCPA developing RA and having a TMS Dr. explain it needs treatment and TMS work which has been successful for her.

Sometimes we also just have medical issues that need treatment.

Part of TMS work is learning to open the mind to embrace all possibilities - not just opening to some and shutting to others.
    Healing is personal and individual!

    May you heal well!
