    i need help and support.
    is there a way out of chronic inflammation in the joints of the left side?
    i have these adhesions in the fascia.

    I'm a little confused. Are you experiencing pain in your joints? or in your fascia? What all have you tried? Do you suspect it's mind/body in nature?
