Hello, I have been diagnosed with Baxters nerve pain (for so long I was told it was post tib tendon). I’ve had it for over a year and it’s impacting my whole life. Could this be TMS?

Whatever the heck that is. If I had to guess, I would say that it's a particular type of nerve pain that was either experienced or named by someone named Baxter. Which in fact tells you nothing useful, per this recent thread about diagnosis names:
    https://www.tmswiki.org/forum/threads/fibro-flawed.26634/ (Fibro-flawed)

Read the thread, then come back and tell us how you might answer your own question. And perhaps revisit the info you've already received recently. Our TMS brains will resist information that might allow us to take a different approach away from fear, so it's a good idea to reread it and try to absorb what it's telling you.

Most of us self-diagnose our TMS. Some people need to consult with a TMS professional to be convinced.

Thank you! That is very true and makes complete sense after reading that. I had a day of panic and fear but I feel more relaxed today knowing a diagnosis like that doesn’t necessarily mean it is causing the pain. I’ll continue on the TMS journey I’m on, currently on day 5. Thanks for your reassurance!
