Day 39 Best day since starting the programme

There are two days that jump out at me. The first one is Christmas Day. It was the first time I’ve been able to spend the day with members of my family in 7 years as I just moved back home after many years living abroad this year. It was a really special to be able to spend that day with my family. The other day was New Years Eve. I ran my first ever half marathon that day. It honestly felt amazing to accomplish something that I never thought I’d be able to do.

 

These are wonderful days!!
