Hi. Today I started feeling coldness in my legs while traveling by car. At first I felt it in my whole leg and feet, then I noticed it was mostly around my knees, and then I noticed the coldness went from the knees all the way up to my hips, as if it was following a ligament up there or something. I noticed it kept varying in intensity and it was worse outside since it's cold. I also noticed that I felt tension in some parts of my legs. Now I'm home covered with a blanket and it's ok. Can coldness in legs and knees be TMS? Has anyone felt this or something similar before?
