I have lower back pain(herniated disc and stenosis) for last 3 years and I have tried all the different options .(PT, Chrios, injections…)
But I recently read the Dr Sarno and I concluded that I do have TMS.
I wanted some help as to how do I can start the TMS cure and what specific steps and practice I can follow on a daily basis ?
Is there a list/procedures/activities that I could effectively track and do on daily basis to cure the TMS

    Hi @Venera21
Here is a great place to start getting more information on this web page: https://www.tmswiki.org/ppd/For_people_just_learning_about_TMS (For people just learning about TMS)
There are two free programs available here as well. Pain Reprocessing - a program by Alan Gordon, (older version of his book "The Way Out", shorter program:
    https://www.tmswiki.org/forum/painrecovery/ (Pain Recovery Program)
and here is the Structural Education Program (longer: https://www.tmswiki.org/ppd/Structured_Educational_Program (Structured Educational Program))
Choose one program, and work on it slowly. They programs are divided into days, but I found that they can be very long....you can break up each day into a few days work if you choose too. More and faster is not better. Learning and "getting" - understanding to your core, not just mentally learning the steps, is the best way to help yourself, as well as giving time to relax, have fun, and do "life".
The Pain Reprocessing goes a bit into your past history and stressors but mostly focuses on fear. It is less about "doing" and more about education.
The Structured Educational Program focuses more on how your past life impacts your current ways of thinking, along with other things. One activity is journalling.

You can decide what you think you would benefit most from.
