Dau 15 still have some numbness

    But I dont care about it as much. The numbness isnt the problem its the fear of numbness. And the fear of what it could be. I think if i dont fear it anymore it will just wither away.

    You're right-on, Jimnat7. Don't fear any numbness. Just accept that you may feel some numbness.

    I like this mantra:

    Accept what is.
    Let go of what was.
    Have faith in what can be.
