   My sister in law recommended Dr. Sarno's books to me, so I just started reading them. I did a google search to learn more, and ended up here.
   
   I have pain that resembles sciatica - can barely walk when I first get up -- then as the day goes on it lessens, but is still always present.
   
   I'll try anything once... so here I am.
