Hi All my name is Lee.

I have have recovered from back pain
Before using Tms, it took about 3 months.
This was about 4 years ago.,
As I have pain in in same locations as
Last time, back pain and right hip and leg
Tingle, I am confident In my diagnosis.

This pain started last week I was helping my
Mum, i lifted some garden stones.
My dad has just passed away and also I have
    Ended and 5 year relationship.

I feel confident that this is the stress of my
Dad’s passing and also the stress and pain
Of a broken heart, that has bought on my
Back pain again. I did cry with desperation
Today cause the pain was so bad.

Has any one that has been though this journey got any advise for me ?

I will continue the Sep and I also work
out in the gym every morning, and I am
Also starting to meditate each day to help
    With the stress..,

I have hope as this SEP program worked
For my last time this happened.

    Any advise for me ?

Good luck everyone else on this journey

    Lee :)

Welcome back, Lee, and good for you for making the commitment to do the SEP again. My only advice for that is to always be 100% honest with yourself as you are doing the writing exercises, and don't let your brain try to trick you into thinking that certain things are not important enough to write down.

I also have a couple of podcast recommendations for you, since you are already familiar with the work - I've mentioned these already a few times today:

The Cure For Chronic Pain with Nicole Sachs LCSW, episode 45 (today) with Dan Buglio
The Mind & Fitness Podcast, episode 85 (Aug 28) with Dr. Schubiner

    Good luck!
