I've been following TMS for around half a year now but this is my first time trying the SEP. I've had joint pain in my hands for around a year now, officially diagnosed as an overuse injury, despite being assured there's nothing wrong with my tendons and no joint damage. I'm seeing a rheumatologist shortly to rule out arthritis, but if that turns out OK, then I'm fairly sure I have TMS as my symptoms are nearly identical in both hands. My hands always hurt in the same places (all joints of the thumb, knuckles, pinky side of hand, etc) and occasionally random areas of my wrists, forearms, elbows and shoulders. I do find it hard to believe that I could be injured in so many different places.

The video gives me hope although I do still have lingering doubt as reading about TMS hasn't eliminated my problems. I still work full time at a computer so I never really get a chance to relax - I'm constantly in pain. Doing anything at all with my hands is painful - the only time I don't feel pain is when I'm in bed.

Success stories are really encouraging, hopefully this programme will help me.

Just reading about tms doesn’t “cure” many people. You have to be implementing the work, and now you are! Even then it can still be s challenge to deeply resonate with things. Sometimes it just takes time to soften your mind to the concepts, develop new thought patterns and inner habits.

I'm pleased to see someone else, like me, just starting the programme in March 2022. Coincidently, Sean, I too have serious pain issues in my hands and wrists. Finally, I am taking the symptoms head on after a lifetime of just living with them. I look forward to completing the programme, and wish you all the best with your journey.
