Ya!! I made it to day 3 and I feel good!!

    Answering the questions about exercises.
Last Time I exercised was last summer , a friend invited me to do CrossFit, I thought it might help my back pain , maybe strengthen my core and strengthen my muscles around my back so I gave it a shot. I tried to keep up with my friend who does this seven days a week and is lean and buff.

Well it nearly killed me I quit it three days in and it made my back pain excruciatingly worse, it also triggered knee pain. I stopped the CrossFit and I have not exercised since.
The only form of exercise I’ve recently began is walking 20 minutes a day, I feel good when I do this and I know it’s a beginning. The only reason I haven’t started doing anything more is fear of hurting my back so I’ve pretty much stopped everything , walking is the only form of exercise I have had recently.

Awesome that you are out moving again! There is no rush in my opinion to move on to harder exercises. I restarted exercising by using my stationary bike for literally 5 minutes at a time, a few days a week. The next week I made it 6 minutes, then 7, then 8, then 10, 12, 15, 20, and so on. It took a long time and I was very confident I could have done much more quicker, but adding slowly kept me from worrying about relapses. Keep up the good work!
