    When was the last time you exercised or did another physical activity? What was this activity? How did it make you feel physically and emotionally? If it is has been a while since you last exercised, why?

    The last time I exercised was 2 months ago. The activity was Pilates. It made me feel strong, but I felt like I was overworking myself. It's been a while since I exercised because my injury/symptoms began a couple days after it, so I linked my symptoms to the workout. I've been to scared to resume.

    All of us are. There..now you know you're not alone so that should make you 1% less scared...it TMS wasn't scary, it wouldn't occupy our attention . The pain is never as bad as the fear. Which is a clue in itself, huh?
