Day 4

The most disheartening thing a doctor has said to me?

I was sent to an ME clinic roughly 10 years after diagnosis. They diagnosed me.... again.
They gave me a sleep pack and expected me to ' sort out ' my sleep and gave me 2 weeks to do it! ...
Their pacing regime was simply impossible to implement in my house.
They then ' sacked ' me from the clinic, saying I was too ill to practise the program successfully!

As far as re hashing my past memories goes. Theres plenty of incidences I can recall, that made me upset, angry and/ or confused. There are some personal and harrowing happening that shaped my life and my reactions to it.
I dont think I'm unusual in that.... so how have I ended up with TMS, and others who have grown up in equally or very much worse situations haven't????
