Day 5 - Question to ponder

    Think of some activities you really enjoy doing. If you could do one of these activities without feeling stressed out, without having anxiety, and without worrying about your family, kids, job, etc. how would that feel? Why do you not do this activity more often? What steps could you take to do this activity stress free and without worrying about other things? Do this activity this week.

    If I could go to the gym and exercise without any of symptoms, then that would make feel so good and free.

    I don't do it often because I've let the fear of my symptoms rule my life for a while now.

    I could start by going to the gym a couple of times a week and doing some exercises to get me back into the swing of things. By exposing myself to the gym and exercising again, I would be able to recondition my body to feel safe and calm more easily.
