Day 6.. Dialing in Obsessive Thoughts

    Yup - would love to not "think about the pain" anymore.

    Sometimes, just because you told yourself not to think about something, you can't help but think about it more. It's like the old trick - when I say - "Whatever you do, don't think about a pink elephant"

    Pink elephants!

    I think the TMS personality is famous for this. Somewhat obsessive, perfectionistic thinking that makes me feel addicted to the thought pattern.

    It doesn't even consciously feel like fear, it's more like - just thinking about my TMS work, thinking about this forum, thinking about the pain.

    And then I'm like stop thinking about the pain

    And so I think about it more haha.
